The Path has a total duration of three months.

The MAIA course is a full-time course that provides the theoretical and practical skills necessary to obtain the Data Scientist qualification, thanks to the Microsoft Professional Program Certificate in Big Data, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
In addition to classroom activities, the training course is characterized by experiential activities such as contamination with our Innovation Habitat, Tech Talks, Meetup, Hackathon and in-company visits.
At the end of the training course, the candidate will be employed by the sponsor company.
Teaching is conducted by professors from the University of Genoa and Microsoft professionals.

Friday morning will be the Moment in which students will ask questions and, together with the teachers, will deepen the topics covered during the week. In the afternoon they will make contacts with the Sponsor Companies.
The course includes: one meeting a month with Incubate Startups, access to the Digital Tree Network, contacts with companies and technology experts, involvement in 2021-2022 events.
Who is it addressed to
The course is aimed at graduates in STEM disciplines and company personnel involved in reskilling projects.
The lectures are held by professors of the DIBRIS (Department of Computer Science, Bioengineering, Robotics and Systems Engineering) of the University of Genoa. Microsoft Professionals will also be available to support participants in the study of official Microsoft materials.
How to apply?
The project foresees a first phase of recruitment for the selection of young talents by Microsoft's partner companies.
For candidates selected by the partner companies, the course is free of charge.
The course is on a limited number of participants. There will be a screening of applications and a selection process with a final interview.
